The main reason I went with Dutchess Awnings was because of the warranty they offered. After purchasing an awning from Home Depot last year at a quarter of the price, lets just say i got what I paid for. It broke after 3 months and I was out nearly $1,000. Anyway I give this company 5 stars. I believe the owners name is Joe, he came to my house himself to do the estimate, and after agreeing to the contract my awning was up within a week. Can’t complain….so far, so good
