• Motorized unit for ease of use. Our motorized units all use Somfy motors, which come with a 5 year manufacturer’s warranty
• Acts as an umbrella during a light rain. Retractable awnings are installed with a pitch so rain water will flow off of the awning, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors during a light rain.
• Fabric. Our woven acrylic fabric comes in a wide variety of colors. These minimal maintenance fabrics are also mold, mildew and fade resistant.
• It is approximately 18° cooler under an awning!
